Safety & Emergency Training Sessions for individuals: our Open Seminars

Do single airline crew members need to conduct an initial training session? Is it time for them to refresh their emergency and safety knowledge? Are you a non-commercial pilot who needs to renew his license?

We offer German-speaking training modules in our open seminars in Berlin, Essen and Munich. Please register for one or more of our seminar sessions by filling out the contact form.

If you wish to conduct the training sessions in English, we kindly ask you to contact us by using the same form.

The training can either be booked as an initial or a recurrent course for personnel of the categories 10 (cockpit only) and 11 (cabin). Beside CRM foundations, training participants learn strategies for dealing with potentially heavy workloads. The emphasis is further on coping with difficulties and conflicts as well as how to communicate effectively within a team. The initial seminar is legally required and covers all content stipulated by EASA. Recurrent seminars allow cockpit and cabin crews alike to review their aviation experiences. They further have the opportunity to reflect on their own strengths and areas for development and to try out alternative approaches.
